A principal fires teacher in December. As he’s firing her, he shows her all the mistakes she made on her resume that she sent him a year ago and tells her that he had doubts about hiring her in the first place. What’s wrong with this picture?
There are three things wrong with this. #1 If the Perry Kalynuk had doubts and hired anyway the error is on him, not her. #2 information on a resume should be dealt with when the person hired is clearly not what they said they were, so Perry waited a half year? That is too late. #3 In firing someone Perry Kalynuk should only be dealing with what she was doing wrong since she was hired, not before.
