I expect myself to be raped someday, given how I’ve let pedophiles walk all over me and was manipulated by one before (Granted, I was a young adult during then, but still mentally deficient). I try to make it funny/easier to cope with the inevitable by imagining that it’ll be a circus clown who r**** me; it barely helps.
