I think one reason I hate hipsters so much is because I was one, but way before it was cool (pun intended). Since I was ahead of the curve, my ‘friends’ didn’t understand my desire for sophistication, art, self-discovery, individuality, learning and being an all-round legend. I was discouraged and insulted by them and gradually I dropped my hipster ways. Now, I hate hipsters because if I was going through my phase in 2012 when it was cool to be a hipster, I would have been in my pure element. I would have had many legendary stories to tell by now and lots of s** with openminded hipster chicks.
