I constantly feel like I’m a failure. I’m a relatively unattractive gay guy who has never had his first kiss, all my gay friends are pairing up and finding happiness with each other, but I seem to be left behind with rejection after rejection and just longing to hug a man, whether it be a lover, or a friend or a family member. But all the straight guys refuse to hug me like I’m some sort of disease and the gay friends aren’t the hugging type. I can’t even remember the last time my dad hugged me.
