My boyfriend got drunk again tonight and threw a charger across the room then shoved the bed knocking over a glass of water. After cleaning it up, he began to belittle me and our relationship saying he can’t forgive himself for all of the things he’s done to me in the past. He started making up all kinds of things making out the relationship worse than it really is. He only gets like this when he’s drunk which is becoming more often lately since we’re both in quarantine and social distancing. He hates himself and he hates how he treats me. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s sexting other people while he’s out on the couch pretending to sleep. He’s a horrible guy when he drinks but he is a good boyfriend when he’s sober. I don’t know how to deal with his alcoholism.
