Can you at least show affection to your parents? If you can, then maybe it’s because you aren’t comfortable enough with your partners.
I was never that close to my parents so i don’t know if i could show affection even if we were close
Fuck I know how that feels, I hate feeling like I’m broken because I cant Express it like they do. I found out I just show it differently, so maybe you do too and just need to find that and then talk to your partner how its diff? And hope they aren’t like my ex
My partner says i don’t show any affection in whatever way. Of course i’m nice to her and treat her right but that’s it. I don’t hug or kiss her a lot. And she likes that. She’s so sweet and doesn’t deserve this, even though she doesn’t mind (so she says)
