I’ve seen so many therapists and counselors. I’ve tried so many forms of therapy and instituted good personal habits, like going to the gym and writing down my feelings and making art and good food to cheer myself up. I’ve surrounded myself with kind and loving people who challenge me to be a better person and I still want to die everyday. I think this summer I will do it; I’ve planned it out and I have the means to. I just don’t understand why I should try and continue to live when no matter the amount of work I put into my happiness, I never truly feel happy with life or myself.
