I believe “embarrassment” is a very suggestive thing. If you end up doing something embarrassing and you believe it is, it indeed will become embarrassing for you but if you try to look confident despite being greatly embarrassed, no one would be able to really point it out as embarrassing as you, yourself seems natural about it. I know it’s not easy to get rid or pretend not to be embarrassed but just try to slowly adapt and things will slowly become normal for you.
