I would’ve been self harm free for a yesr in February but I just fuxked that up. I’m so upset I just use my nails to scratch back on forth over my wrist until I reached lower layers of my skin and myself bleed, the other skin is weeping and glowing – all without a razor. I got a second degree burn in July but repressed it & lies sm I can’t tell if it was on purpose or not
