I got into a competitive medical-related program but I lied on my application. I was part of a club but never did the activities that I described in my application. I put it on with the intention of doing the activity after I sent my application, but I never did it. I feel so guilty and want to tell the admissions board but they will definitely rescind my offer because I lied. I want to think that I would’ve gotten in without that extra curricular activity, but I’ll never know for sure.
