when i was younger (sadly) i used to watch p*** and i have no idea why. I feel so guilty ab it now more than ever and i’ve needed to get this off my chest, i just didn’t know exactly who to tell.. so here i am. I feel trapped inside my mind and I’m pretty sure this guilt is why.

Is it guilt or is it shame? Guilt is “I looked at porn and did something wrong to someone/something as a result.” That can be forgiven by the someone/something and you can move forward. Who did you hurt with porn use? Your partner? Your parents? You? Maybe try to ask forgiveness of those people.
Continued. But shame… shame is “I am bad and cannot help but do porn.” I think a lot of porn users have more shame than guilt and can’t resolve the difference. Shame is something you have to decide for yourself and work through. Brene Brown has some good books and talks on it.
Why would you be guilty or ashamed?? There’s nothing wrong with watching porn
