I have unrealistic expectations of myself. I used to use drugs and have been clean 12 years. I used to be overweight. Now I eat healthy and wear a size 5. I run 60 minutes daily wearing 10lb. Weights. I know I’m not beautiful but I’m not ugly. Despite all the improvements all ever see are my “flaws”. I can’t help comparing myself to others.

  • First off, koodoos to you!!!excellent job
I’ve never ever meet anyone w so many flaws, that has accomplished so much!!!
    I have a friend ,she is a bodybuilder….gorgeous!!!!
    But she doesnt see it!
Your flaws, are normal I’m flawed, everyone is!
Make a list, one side all your ” flaws” the other column ALL your strengths! They must be equal num.
    10 flaws= 10 strengths.
Then realize your just as good as you are ” flawed”
It’s ok to want to improve. But for what reasons?
Listen , I bet if you start to focus on your strength column your flaws will fade.
You are worth something…..how do I know?
Look at what You have accomplished!! If I met you, and heard your story .I would want you as a freind!
And I’m very picky about friends!

    I hope this helps
    Dylan your friend!
