i fucked up big time. my ex and i recently broke up, but we’re still trying to work things out. unfortunately last night i got really drunk and went to hangout with some friends, well one thing led to another and i had s** with one of my friends. i know that if i tell my ex that things will be over for good and i dont wanna lose them, but i know that keeping this secret will just make things worse. i just dont know what to do. im such a f****** f*** up. why do i do these stupid thing? whats f****** wrong with me?

Nothing is wrong with you. You acted with your friend that way because deep down you realize your ex isn’t right for you. Listen to that and move forward. You’re strong enough, you can do it.
