My ex always claimed to be a sociopath. I think when someone says that, it’s just to get attention. He did act strange sometimes, but only in front of me. He said he had a Jekyll and Hyde thing going on. I think it was (in a sick way) to make him feel superior to me.
The no contact thing is working perfectly for me. I refuse to answer his messages and will never speak to him again. EVER.
