The Chinese delegation is likely to understand that the reason they’re expected to do this ahead of the schedule they previously agreed upon is precisely the myopic criminal incompetence of the USA empire in obvious decline, and they’re more likely to seize the opportunity than to put their billion-strong sweatshop at unnecessary risk.
