They have been trained to repeat what they have been told, and believe it. The entire education system is based on memorizing what someone in power tells you, and repeating it.
You get an “A” for remembering & repeating more than everyone else, and you are praised for it, given a high paying job, and generally seen as better than others. Anyone who thinks, or questions is an outcast.
