Putin still has not invaded Ukraine. So the USA has vowed to place Super Sanctions against him and Russia.
Putin doesn’t want all the problems in Ukraine and he said the Ukrainian people must solve their own problems. Putin simply wants the weapons, missiles and massive arsenal moved away from his border. By now he must know that neither Ukraine or the USA will keep treaties.
