I wish someone would come to my town and bomb the living s*** out of these “luxury” s*** condos (before anybody moves in). I want to drive these major out of town developers the f*** out for good, and have them fall into bankruptcy. They contributed nothing but higher land prices, stress to a crappy infrastructure, and an influx of myopic, pampered out of towners who aren’t hiring for their high paying remote jobs (that they got in their own home state). There is no industry to support these spiking real estate prices. I’m sick and f****** tired of overdevelopment being willfully mistaken as “progress.”
