I thought about cheating on my wife with another woman. I had the opportunity to do it too. The only thing that kept me from doing it is fear of getting caught. I am resentful to this woman also because she implied later(after moving away) that I had “lost the chance.”

…B**** we could have been caught having an affair/encounter while BOTH our spouses were in the house during a party. Are you saying that I should have made a move and consequences be damned? that’s not smart.

What’s more is that I don’t love her at all, I am just lonely and see her as a way to be with somebody who isn’t my wife.
