All boys should be circumcised. No doubt about it. Since we mandated the covid ‘vaccinations’ then we can mandate circumcision as well.
It should be law that all boys have a radical circumcision by age 8. New born circumcision is best because the boy is already in the hospital and available. The compliance rate is higher if the procedure is done at birth.

Anesthesia is not necessary and it poses risks that need not be taken. The mother or the nurse should be allowed to select a style of cut. Then the boy should be cut and trimmed to that preference. There must be no exceptions. All boys must be cut and trimmed.
