I heard of it done on girls in Muslim countries. If they don’t want to cut the entire c*** out, they just pull the c*** forward and cut the nerves. She gets to keep her c*** but its useless. It never gets swollen or hard. So it’s about the same as having it cut out but less damage.

I agree a few public castrations broadcast on TV would reduce r***, but it ain’t going to happen. The world is male dominated. Most r**** are never reported because of the embarrassment. So the r***** walks free without a care. Often does it again and again.

The few who do report it won’t pursue it. Their court testimony would be too humiliating. The guys who do get convicted are out in half their sentence even though they were violent which is why they were pursued and prosecuted.

The guy who got the electroshock had to be a nutcase and they experimented on his balls. The crazy ones get sent to the psych ward or the mental health unit in an asylum. The staff does whatever they want, everything and anything.

He must have been in excruciating agony from the jagged shards of electricity searing his balls and shaft. That’s what happens in the asylums. I would have liked to watch. I’ll bet that thing was swollen and red. They cooked his hot dog for him. He got what he deserved.
