Putin still hasn’t ‘attacked’ Ukraine. Russia is trying to avoid being dragged into a proxy war. The US is pouring NATO arms and troops in, with the promise to install missile systems and to make Ukraine a NATO member.

Looks like Putin will be forced to accept USA and NATO dictates or else attack and seize Ukraine.
