I am concerned that she has ‘conditioned” him. Since birth his mother breast fed him and at the same time she tickles his balls and shaft. She is still breast feeding him although he’s now three and he gets an automatic erection before she begins tickling his balls and rubbing his erection.
He is also twice as big as he should be for his age. His mother puts a vacuum tube over his thing which she says promotes blood flow and allows growth. She rubs a cream on his shaft too, which is likely a hormone growth cream. No wonder he’s so big. She should stop before it gets too big.
