I’m in college right now and I’m majoring in the sciences. I try and convince myself that it’s what I love and that I’ll be happy doing it after graduation but that’s not true. The only thing I really love and care about is music but when I was younger I didn’t invest enough time in it and while I think I’m good…I’m nothing special. I know music is nearly impossible to make it in and that’s why I’ll never pursue it…but it’s just sad to know that the thing I love most will always be a hobby and that the creativity and adventure I want in life isn’t really a possibility. I don’t want to run tests and take samples, I want to travel, sing, do something exciting. But that’s not in the cards for me.
