I haven’t been hungry in seven days and it’s a chore to eat now. I gave up on all social activities. I keep having the same nightmare over and over and can hardly sleep. My family doesn’t pay attention to me at all. My friends think I’m fine. I only told one friend what is going on and I think I might snap.
