So I just recently started working for McDonalds. I’ve been there 4 weeks and just a day ago I had a problem with a “support manager.” When she wasn’t around the other managers made it seem like they understood me and had my back since all witnesses knew I was in the right and she was in the wrong. Well when the b**** came in one of the managers that sat us down had the nerve to tell me, “Managers stick with managers even when one of us knows we are wrong. We will always back each other up. If we had to choose between you and the support manager we would choose her.” In my book they lost my respect. You don’t back someone up when they are wrong idc how hard the position is to replace. It just shows how much you value your employee’s.
