I’ve to go on a journey I can’t return from, all I have is my tools to leave behind and some bits and bobs. My most special tool is my 2lb engineers ball pein hammer. I’ve had it for 18 years and I don’t want to let it go to just anyone. I’d like it to go to someone who will use it not abuse it.

People who think that demolition is easy have never done it really, you can knock over 7 courses of blockwork with a sledge hammer in 10 minutes and spend the rest of the day clearing rubble for the same money.
