I went into a field that was dominated by women on purpose. I’m a guy, but I prefer working with women and, frankly, I like looking at them all day. I like flirting or at least chatting with attractive women. Four years ago, we got a new boss – a young but overweight woman. Since then, she has fired every single woman who was more attractive than her, and replaced them with either a guy or a very ugly lady. Some of my male coworkers have pointed this out to me too. It’s like she wants to be the prettiest girl around by default, since there are no other younger women left. And, now she IS the only thing even slightly worth looking at at work anymore.
