After a day when I told my mom I was a transgender, she crouched down and hugged me while crying saying that she doesn’t know what to do. Whenever I remember her sad face, it makes me cry too. I’ve never felt this sadness for another person before, more so because she’s my own mother. I’m sad for my mom and for myself. I know that my dad won’t ever accept me; he’s traditional. I’m so sad for myself.
