I hate that Geico commercial about Pinocchio. The thing I hate is at the beginning, the dad and son sitting lazing on the couch, pasty skinned and unhealthy looking, staring at their gadgets and not even looking up to talk to each other. I hate it so much because that’s what’s happening to the majority of people today, and now it seems it’s become acceptable. So acceptable that we’re supposed to see it and not think twice about it because it’s ‘normal’. Ugh. Excuse me while I go outside and soak up some sun.
