They say with murder there’s no excuse. When it comes to serious mental illness where the person is going through psychosis doesn’t know what they’re doing. STOP CRIMINALIZING the mentally ill, STOP PUTTING them to DEATH and the government needs TO STEP THE F*CK UP AND OPEN THESE MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES. DO MORE RESEARCH, STOP SAYING THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING when THEY F*CKING DON’T!!! THEY ARE ILL, NOT CRIMINALS. SO IF A MENTALLY ILL PERSON Murders IT’S THE GOVERNMENTS D*MN FAULT.
