Circumcision should be mandatory by law for all boys, no exceptions. No exceptions at all, no excuses. Since we mandate vaccinations, we can also mandate circumcision.
The school nurse can verify that each boy has been properly pruned, clipped and snipped. A photo can be placed in his school records and verified yearly.
Doctors, nurses, and hospitals would have a mandatory duty and full authority to circumcise any co.ck they found that was not cut and trimmed or that needed to be tightened up.
All girls should be educated in middle school or high school about the necessity of male circumcision and the styles available so they can choose how much they want snipped off. I’d recommend the radical circumcision to the girls as the most desirable type of cut and trim. It removes all the foreskin, removes the frenulum and is nice and tight.
If the mother wishes, additional skin can be clipped from the shaft which will then pull the ball sac up the shaft, tightening the sac. The mother can do with the co.ck whatever she wishes. She owns it.
A circumcision must be thorough and complete. I hope that a law is passed requiring a thorough and comprehensive circumcision for each and every boy.
Boys should be fully circumcised before the age of 10. Certainly before they hit puberty around age 12. The mother can decide at what age she wants the boy to be pruned. She can also decide all other details and issues so as to give the boy the appropriate circumcision experience.
