Local couple sue animal hospital for $1,000,000.00. They won their claim that the animal hospital failed to diagnose their dog with heart disease,dispite showing symptoms for 12 years. the 4 vets misdiagnosed Daisy with asthma and perscribed her prednisone and seizure medicine numerous times, worsening symptoms white her heart went untreated. she luckily lived to 14, but was sick all the time and limited to what she could and couldnt do. the vets also withheld her asthma medicine during a bronchitis flaire up until further testing was done. the weare animal hospital was charged with negligence,malpractice,failure to diagnose, animal cruelty,non compliance of good semaritan laws, wrongful death, pain and suffering. they were also fined by the state of nh and some licenses/certifications were suspended.
