I want to tell my mom I’m breaking the cycle, but then I’ll get the guilt. But my kids stomp around the house and up and down the steps. They’re not light footed bc they’ve never had to be in my household. They don’t get yelled at or in trouble for being too noisy upstairs or for coming down the steps in the middle of the night. I’m breaking the cycle, I can only hope that they’ll continue to break generational curses and cycles.
