I got back together with my ex and my bestfriend of 10+ years hates him because of how we broke up (he lied/ cheated and had a kid with one of my close friends) but we reconnected a few years later and he makes me feel the same way he did before and I’m genuinely happy with him even tho I haven’t been genuinely happy in a long time. Its just that idk how to tell my bestfriend because right now shes thinks I’m single and I’ve been lying to her about where I’m at when I’m with him. I just want her to understand how much I love him and just be happy that I’m happy. I met him when I was 12 and I’m 19 now. And every other relationship I’ve been in since him has never felt anything like how I feel when I’m with him. I just wish she’d understand so that I don’t have to keep lying to her.
