It’s been I think 7 years since we stopped speaking. I found the journal I kept when we were together and it was difficult to believe that I was the one writing those words, putting myself down constantly. My final words to you were wishing you well in the future. I mean it, I hope therapy is going well or even maybe you’re not in therapy anymore.
