I hate my current workplace, it is just plainly s***.
It revolves around reviews, the pressure is high and just one mistake or simply not feeling well due to health issues and you are crucified for.
Most of the people coming in are one of the most disgusting beings of this society. Cheap people with high demands, who on daily basis are crawling to survive with the little amount of money they have, but still act boisterous.
Even waitresses have audacity to complain when the rate they paid is as cheap as their personality but still acting high and mighty on another premises, as if they had to pay the full value of their rate more likely wouldn’t afford it. Same case with cabin crews, acting all high and might but barely making ends, if it wasn’t for the company to cover so e of the expenses would you been able to do so? No, if it was money out of your pocket you would needed more than you cabin crew job to help you survive.
The management is a whole joke, pointing fingers left and right but fail to recognise their mistakes and once staff members are leaving they end up ripping their hair apart and victimising left and right.
This environment is plain s*** full of toxic bastards.
