I watched several videos. You can look them up on line (Google, Bing) and also on YouTube. Two videos featured Black women complaining they had given birth in that hospital and had one of those nurses. One video had a Black woman holding a Black baby.
Conclusion: These are Black mothers giving birth to Black babies, either from Black fathers or from a mystery Black race from outer space.

The nurses on the TikTok video talk about “You running between rooms from one baby momma to another baby momma.” This is an established and well known reference to Black mothers.
Conclusion: This is about Black mothers, Black babies from Black fathers.

Numerous articles addressed the ‘racist’ attitude of the nurses.
Conclusion: The nurses gave it away. This is about Blacks and Black life.

Regardless of an interracial couple on every TV ad, the fact is that the majority of people mate with their own race. It is unlikely that a White male would be running from the room of one Black baby momma to the room of another Black baby momma and asking at the door of each room for a paternity test.

The hospital is situated in a Southern state with a high Black population. The women pictured in the news reports as pregnant patients are all Black. Every single one of them.
