REPLY: “I have no sympathy for you being put in restraints”.
A well written critique of every complaint that whiny little boy made. This is the sort of reply a hospital would give. The OP must be a RN or other medical professional.
You can’t win against the RN and her CNA. No point in filing a complaint. The hospital will simply circle the wagons to protect themselves and staff from lawsuits. The RN will have a doctor’s order for everything or will omit the event from the notes. Nothing in the notes means it didn’t happen.
As this critique points out, the whiny little boy patient leaves a lot out. Why was he put in restraints? He doesn’t tell us. You don’t usually get strapped down unless you are a problem. Once strapped down, there is no choice but to put a catheter in. They don’t want pee all over the bed.
The critique seems right on every point. I especially like that sentence at the end, “You think they were all in your room examining your precious p**** and photographing it.”
LOL! His “precious p****”. LOL! Guess that’s what he thinks of it!
