Lesson I am attempting to bring into my daily existence:

Don’t let yourself be disqualified before you’ve even tried. The only way you’re disqualified or if it didn’t work out etc… it starts and ends and doesn’t move at all from, the horse’s mouth. If it isn’t from the horse’s mouth, then it’s all in your head, and completely is meaningless.

For so long, I have gotten in the way and disqualified myself from doing something, without even attempting it. You have to try and let the circumstance itself, like a person literally saying it to you, happen. You have to let yourself live through the experience… rather than turn away before you even tried.

Talking to someone, I find I am sometimes surprised how pleasant it is when I talk to someone when maybe I was sort of afraid to speak in the first place.

But that is a small example. I haven’t really applied to jobs and things, because I think it just wouldn’t work out but without actually doing anything, that kind of a thought is useless, you do it and know, let the circumstance from trying decide, don’t decide ahead of time what you think it is going to be.
