Yes nurses and doctors should be able to perform any procedure. Too many self-performed body modifications go wrong. An experienced, trained medical tech would be better. Might as well have it done correctly and neatly. But you can’t find a doc or nurse to do these procedures. Society isn’t enlightened enough.
