tw: s***** harassment, molestation

i found out my dad (step-dad really, my bio dad passed when i was 6 months old and my mom remarried when i was 4/5) had been s***** harassing young female employees at his work where he was a manager. most of them were around my age, he’d groped a few of them, for those younger than 18, he’d say s***** stuff about them behind their backs. i had my suspicions when i was 17 bc we used to work at the same place since we had different last names (family isn’t supposed to be working together especially management). two years later a friend of mine told me that it was still happening and it’d only escalated; the girls and young women who experienced it finally filed a complaint and he’d been under investigation by the company. turns out he’d been doing it for 8 years, he’d been married to my mom for 16. now apparently his whole reason was because my mom cheated on him (this was 13 years ago, and nothing physical happened, she had just flirted/entertained and old fling of hers, but other than that nothing happened)
