I will not dwell on my slip-ups. I have to keep up momentum. Ill disconnect as many times as it takes. I will end the cycle of abuse. I camt ever be perfect, but i want to be consistent. I will not permit my neurodivergence to enslave me any more. Im done feeling sorry for myself. I have to lift myself up if i ever wanto lift anyone else up.
