🙂 stew in that… nothing you do with anyone really means anything. I mean, sure, you might as well enjoy as much as you can in whatever way you feel is enjoyable while you are here, but seriously, I know because I have actually been to the point where I thought I was dieing over a 6 month period, without seeking medical help, I honestly believed I was pretty much dead within a year, something was wrong, and nothing mattered to me at all. You could be the biggest person in life, rich in every way, when you are on your way out and you know it, nothing matters.
And when you are gone, unless your name is in a textbook or something like that, you made a significant contribution somewhere, which not many people do, you will be completely forgotten withing 1 or 2 generations. An afterthought.
So it’s all completely meaningless. Be selfish. Enjoy it but just always remember everything comes to an end, including your life, which doesn’t really mean anything and anything you do in your life no matter how much joy you get out of it will mean anything to you when you are on your way out, which could be any time. Nobody cares now, and they will care even less when you’re dead.
Cheers 🙂
