I feel like I am useless and not even worth being noticed, but if someone does notice me or they ask my opinion, I feel like I am a disappointment. I have turned down things because I thought I was not worth other people’s time. I even have started to think that my parents only say ‘I love you’ because it is expected but I know that is not the reason, but every time its said the thought goes through my mind.
