You sure the problem isn’t you?

Are you;pushing yourself on someone who is not interested? Regardless of the reason, if they are not interested and it’s clear they are not interested, and they are not outright attacking you or going out of their way to cause you problems, the problem might be you.

I would say stay clear. I am a man and if you were giving me unwanted attention I might get creeped out. If I’m minding my business just getting by and you are making it out to be something it ain’t, like say you come to me with something and I don’t say anything, and you are under the impression you took too long, but I don’t care, I really don’t, it doesn’t matter to me, and you come to me and go “I’m sorry it took so long…. and then ///excuse///” and I say something like “it’s alright….” because I truely don’t care, don’t escalate it to “REALLY! I’M SORRY! ///excuse///” because I will probably repeat “Really… it’s not an problem’ but I’m thinking “man… This brawd is potentially very dangerous… creating conflict when there is none”

What’s the next step? Telling everyone I almost chewed your head off because you took too long? False or exaggerated accusations of some kind?

If someone doesn’t want much to do with you, doesn’t make them a sociopath. Maybe they just see a lot of red flags in you? Maybe they see you as dangerous. Maybe they are sensitive to dangerous women. By dangerous, In mean “loose cannon”. Someone who picks someone out minding there own business, their own problems, and making a mountain out of a mole hill. I hate being dragged into drama. I don’t start it, I don’t like being involved in it especially when it’s kicking my a**.
