We are all spiritual creatures. We emit energy. Some make little ripples, some make great rollers, some republican leaders make enormous infantile splashes. We are all energy. Be the energy. In the beginning there was the Word. You see, words (or expression) got mentioned in the Book even before God. Because expression is existence. Does this make sense? Consciousness a duality. You have to recognize yourself in order to function. You exist as two different energy states. I get so drained around people because I have to synthesize so much energy.
