It f****** hurts to be honest, the one person who is loyal to me, who gives a damn about me but we split up because he can’t wash himself more than once a week, he can’t do his share of housekeeping, he isn’t serious enough about finding a job. And he still doesn’t see how this is the major reason why we split and that if he still loves me that much and still wants me he could do it if he bothered to put his mind to it, I stepped up and done my fair share but he couldn’t even meet me half way. He’s 42 but the way he has no drive to do these things which at this age should be straight forward, even younger men could do these without complaining. He doesn’t realise how I lost respect for him then I resented him and any love I did have drained away from me.
