Let us talk for a moment about this verse, taken from the bible:
“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice” Ephesians 4:31. This is a pathetic statement, but it does have its value.

The truth of the matter is that whatever makes you angry should be dealt with at the same time it happens. Be it a person in school or work, or people from your home. You must deal with them immediately so the anger does not boil up to a point of no return. That anger will pile up within you until it eventually explodes on the wrong people or things. You need to let it all out on the things you hate so that they cease existing, giving you only the sentiment of peace. All those who tell you to take it are nothing but pathetic, disguting and idiotic fools who are on their way to meet their dead end.
