I made fat jokes to my girlfriend and now she’s become anorexic weighing in at 90 pounds and has a goal set to 80. I frequently made body and appearance jokes at her expense but I wasn’t serious I just thought it was funny how serious she took it. She’s getting skinnier and skinnier and looking gaunt. I tried reasoning with her but she won’t listen. When people ask why she’s doing this she flat out tells them about the jokes I made and now everyone hates me because they think it’s my fault she got a eating disorder. I thought all guys joke with their girlfriends like this? I can’t be the only one.
